About Us

Harmony United Church Is the initial result of the amalgamation of two former congregations, Cainsville United Church and Marlboro Street United Church. From their inauguration in September 1994, the pastoral charge has strived to retain the heritage of the two founding congregations.

Over the past few years they have been joined by members of other city churches that have unfortunately had to close their buildings.  These include: Heritage United Church and Balfour Street United Church.

The sanctuary holds many treasures from all of these congregations which include the magnificent pipe organ and two stained glass windows.  Through the display of many of these treasured items, both the spirit and the history of the pastoral charge is effectively expressed.
